Teddy Lynn Bird, 67, beloved husband, father, grandfather, brother, and friend, left us very unexpectedly after golfing in the annual seniors golf tournament in Wendover.

Born September 6, 1928 in Wattis, Utah to Joseph Rulon and Lucille Dimick Bird. He spent his adult life in American Fork, married Elaine Greening in 1950, and together they raised five children. Besides golf, which he did almost daily, he loved his family. He enjoyed fishing, hunting, camping and especially the annual family trip to Moon Lake. He was a Veteran of the U.S. Navy and retired from Geneva Steel open hearth. We'll miss your zest for life, your abundant knowledge, your kind words and especially your humor. We love you, "Honey Bird", Dad, and Grandpa.Survivors include his wife, Elaine, children: Teddy R. (Patricia) Bird, Farmington; Ranae (Jack) Murphy, Sandy; Martin W. (Diana), Teresa Ciao, and Chuck (Lorraine) Bird, all of Las Vegas. 12 grandchildren. A brother, Pat (Charlene) Bird. Preceded in death by his parents and a brother.

Dad, we know you're in a great place in great company...til we meet again, we love you.
