Volunteers use a canoe to haul sandbags across a flooded lawn Saturday in Warren, Minn., as the town was flooded for the second time in a month by the Snake River. Rain was scattered from the Rockies across the northern Plains and into the Great Lakes. Scattered showers moved through sections of the northern Rocky Mountain states during the afternoon, affecting sections of northern Utah, Wyoming and eastern Idaho. Salt Lake City reported wind gusting to 35 mph as moderate rain rolled across the area.
