ADM. JEREMY BOORDA was buried Sunday at Arlington National Cemetery in the shadow of the Pentagon where he worked since April 1994 as the Navy's top officer. Boorda, 56, the chief of naval operations, committed suicide Thursday after learning about a media inquiry into whether he had improperly worn decorations. . . .
