SCIENCE GROUP NAMES LEADER

Brian Moss, former employee of AgriDyne Technologies Inc. has been named president of the Utah Life Sciences Industries Association, a non-profit organization formed to promote life science industries in Utah.

He replaces Stanley B. Parrish, who is now the president of the Salt Lake Area Chamber of Commerce.In making the announcement, John Williams, ULSIA chairman said Moss' hiring signifies a new era for the organization. "Brian has served with our organization as a past chairman and is extremely familiar with the life sciences industry in Utah," said Williams.

Moss worked for AgriDyne for seven years as director of international operations, where he directed all business activities in foreign countries, including business development, risk assessment and strategic planning.

He has been an executive director for a drug and alcohol prevention program in Virginia, has worked for the U.S. State Department and was director of the Four Corners Regional Commission.
