Phillip Gerald Sylvester, Jr., was released from his troubled earthly body on the morning of Memorial Day, May 27, 1996, to be reunited with his father, Phillip, Sr., and his mother, Marilyn, who has been waiting for her son since she died on the day Jerry was born, September 11, 1965.

Jerry graduated from Jordan Valley School. Employed at the Sutherland Lumber Co. He was living independently at the time of his death. This was very satisfying to him.Survivors include his mother through this life, Nadine Sylvester, brother Dale (Sherie) Sylvester; sisters Kim (Jim) Kesgard, Seattle, Wash., Lisa (Ted) Hanson, Tonya Sylvester; a terrific great aunt, Billie Peele; many aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews who will miss him.

Funeral services will be held Saturday, June 1, 1996 at 12 noon in the Wasatch Lawn Mortuary Chapel, 3401 South Highland Drive, where friends may call on Friday from 6-8 p.m. and Saturday from 10:45-11:45 a.m. prior to services. Interment Wasatch Lawn Memorial Park.

In lieu of flowers, family suggests contributions to the Cerebral Palsy Foundation.
