DEATH: ALFRED DANIEL HANSEN

Alfred Daniel Hansen, 63, of Bluffdale, Utah, died May 1, 1996 in Sandy, Utah from complications following surgery.

Alfred was born October 14, 1932 in Murray, Utah, the son of Niels Hansen and Andrea Schafer. He loved hunting, fishing and story telling and took great pride in his home and family. He was employed with Hajoca Corp. in plumbing supplies for over 40 years and was once the #1 salesman in the nation. He was warm, kind and funny. Many people benefited from the service he unselfishly provided to others.Alfred married Beverly Ruth Groves September 26, 1951 in Winnemucca, Nevada. Member, LDS Church.

HE WAS A LOVING HUSBAND, FATHER, AND GRANDFATHER AND WILL BE MISSED BY ALL WHO KNEW HIM.

Alfred is survived by his wife, Beverly; sister, Anna (Ralph) Storlie, Salt Lake City; Norma Larsen, Fallon, Nev.; daughter, Sherry Davis, North Salt Lake; sons, Michael R. (Anita) Hansen, Pine Bluff, Arkansas; Allan Jeffrey (Joan) Hansen, Riverton; and grandchildren, Leslie, Virginia, Jennifer, Telesa, Ryan, Jared, Ashley, Lyndsay, Allison, Whitney, and Sean.

Preceded in death by parents, brothers, Albert, Alvin, Ivan, and Robert Hansen.

Funeral services will be held Monday, May 6, at 2 p.m. at Memorial Estates, 6500 South Redwood Road, where friends may call Sunday, 6-8 p.m. and one hour prior to services. Interment, Redwood Memorial Estates Mortuary.
