DEATH: PAUL ALBERT HENNING

Paul Albert Henning, 77, passed away at his home in Salt Lake City on May 1, 1996 of natural causes.

He was born October 10, 1918 in Cedar Rapids, Ohio, son of Axel and Grace Isabelle Marchal Henning. He married Francis Mary Lozon; later divorced. Married Edith H. Aspden in 1982. She died August 1984.Paul was a convert to and faithful member of the LDS Church. His talent in working with ceramics not only produced a legacy of many beautiful pieces but was passed on to others through his teachings.

Survived by a son, Paul, Jr., Bellevue, Washington; daughters: Francis Mary Shoafstall, Des Moines, Iowa; Mary Ann Henning, St. Louis, Missouri; Grace Marie Johnson, Superior, Wisconsin; five grandchildren; five great-grandchildren.

Also survived by sisters Virginia Wackaltz, Austin, Minnesota; Maureen Herbst, Marilyn Reit and Helen Ryan, Milwaukee, Minnesota. Preceded in death by both parents and a sister, Carol.

Memorial service Saturday, May 11, 1996 at 11 a.m. at Yalecrest Ward, 1035 So. 1800 East.
