The second annual customer satisfaction conference sponsored by the American Marketing Association, the American Society for Quality Control and the Institute of Industrial Engineers will be held at 8 a.m. on Wednesday, June 19, in the Salt Lake Hilton.
Giving the keynote address will be Dr. Brent James, executive director of the Institute for Health Care Delivery Research. Some of the break-out sessions will focus on customer service training, the human side of customer satisfaction, the role of the industrial engineer in customer satisfaction, activity-based management and measuring customer satisfaction.The cost is $80 for members of the above organizations and $99 for nonmembers.
