Kenneth Paul Taylor, age 74, died June 14, 1996, at his home in Layton, Utah, after a valiant and courageous battle with cancer.
Born on April 16, 1922 in Plain City, Utah to Parley P. and Estella Hodson Taylor. Married Rada Slade; later divorced. Married Bettie M. Spencer in Reno, Nevada. Graduate of Weber High School and attended Weber State College. World War II veteran of the U.S. Navy (1943-1946). Formerly employed as an industrial specialist with the U.S. Gov't. Kenneth loved round dancing and served as president of the Utah Round Dance Association as well as a member of its board of directors. He loved to go fishing.Survived by wife, Bettie, Layton, UT; children, Bruce (Laura) Taylor, Phoenix, AZ; Debra Wright, Layton, UT; Dianne Hayden, Salt Lake City, UT; Land Douglas (Valarie) Roberts, Sandy, UT; 14 grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
Graveside services on Monday, June 17th, at 1 p.m., Larkin Sunset Gardens Cemetery, 10600 South 1700 East, in Sandy, where friends may call Monday, 11:30 a.m. to 12:45 p.m.
