Canyonlands National Park visitors can mail reservation requests for backpacking and back-country vehicle camping permits for all of Canyonlands National Park and the Orange Cliffs Unit of Glen Canyon National Recreation Area, beginning July 8.
Reservations will also be accepted for day use in Salt Creek, Horse Canyon and Lavender Canyon in the Needles District of Canyon lands. Vehicle campsites along the White Rim Road in the Island in the Sky District are also being accepted.Reservation requests must be accompanied by the appropriate reservation fee, ranging from $5 to $25.
