SHARE ANOTHER TRIAL TO INVOLVE CLINTON TESTIMONY

Two bankers accused of stealing from their own bank to make political contributions to then-Gov. Bill Clinton and others are going on trial in the second case this year involving the president's testimony. Herby Branscum Jr. and Robert Hill, owners of Perry County Bank in Perryville, face charges of conspiracy, misapplication of bank funds and making false statements to regulators. Selection of 12 jurors and six alternates began Monday morning in Little Rock, Ark., and is expected to last until mid-July. More than 100 people are in the jury pool.
