If 2nd Congressional District candidate R. Todd Neilson is such a whiz at "cleaning up financial train wrecks," as quoted on one of his billboards, why did he break FEC rules by failing to disclaim who paid for the advertisements? Also, how does an accountant make a $63,000 error on his FEC report? Sounds like "the perfect guy for Congress," has a few imperfections.
