SHARE DEATH: ZOE COPENHAVER

Zoe Copenhaver, age 91, died Friday, May 31, 1996 in Salt Lake City.

Born May 1, 1905 in Bingham Canyon, Utah, daughter of Marvin Andrew and Lola Dean Stewart Copenhaver. She graduated from East High School in 1923 and continued her education at LDS Business College.Zoe had a great love for music and played the violin in the McCune Symphony Orchestra under the direction of Frank W. Asper, and also in the Westminster College Symphony. She also loved to sew and knit and took great pride in making her own clothes. Even before her retirement from the International Smelting and Refinery Company in 1970, she spent many years traveling around the world with her many friends in their "Turista Club for Singles." She had a great many friends who admired and loved her. Active member LDS Church, where she served faithfully in the Sunday School, Relief Society and Genealogical Society in the Stratford Ward. Member Daughters of Utah Pioneers.

As a loving, patient and compassionate daughter, she took care of her parents until their deaths, and was a protector and caring sister of her brother until her death.

Survivors: brother, Stuart of Salt Lake City; cousins in Salt Lake City, Lehi, California, Wyoming and Texas.

Funeral services Monday, June 3, 1996, 2 p.m., Larkin Sunset Lawn Mortuary Chapel, 2350 East 1300 South, where friends may call Sunday 5-6 p.m. and Monday, one hour prior to the service. Interment: Larkin Sunset Lawn.
