Einstein Bros. Bagels will open a University of Utah store at 6:30 a.m. on Saturday at 240 S. 1300 East. The new store has 2,800 square feet with seating for more than 100 customers and an outdoor patio with seating for 24.
This is the 15th Utah location for the bagel chain that specializes in the steam-baked process for the company's 18 varieties of bagels. Einstein Bros. also will offers various cream cheeses, sandwiches, salads, soups and beverages.
