Debbe Dunning, the "Tool Time Girl" on "Home Improvement" is planning an addition to her home: a husband.
She will marry former Olympic and professional volleyball player Steve Timmons in May."How lucky am I?" Timmons said on "Entertainment Tonight" in an interview for broadcast Friday. "Most guys get to rent an airplane and put up their `Will you marry me?' and I get to say on `ET' that she's mine and she said yes."
Timmons had to pop the question twice because the jeweler delivered the ring late.
