"United We Stand" is the theme for the Southwest Valley Interfaith Committee's annual Independence Day program on Sunday, June 30, at 7 p.m. in the Copper Hills High School auditorium, 5445 W. New Bingham Highway. Author Brenton G. Yorgason will be the keynote speaker. An interfaith choir composed of members of St. Joseph the Worker Catholic Church, Jordan United Methodist Church and members from several congregations of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints will perform.
