SHARE DEATH: LANA TOOLSON PARKHURST

Lana Toolson Parkhurst, age 41, passed away June 23, 1996 at the University of Utah Hospital after a long battle with scleroderma.

Lana was born Jan. 18, 1955 in Logan, Utah, to Gene A. and LuJean Chugg Toolson. She was the oldest of eight children. Lana grew up in Bountiful, Utah and graduated from Bountiful High School. She continued her schooling at Ricks College and graduated from Utah State University. Lana taught school in Carey, Idaho, where she met her future husband, Daniel Wyatt Parkhurst. She and Dan were married on June 25, 1982. They have lived in Hailey and Wendell, Idaho.Lana was an accomplished seamstress and had made many quilts and other crafts. She enjoyed the great outdoors and spent many enjoyable hours with her husband skiing, hunting and fishing. We will miss her outgoing personality and the determination to accomplish her goals in life.

Survived by husband; stepchildren, Sara (Martin) DeWitt; Matthew; grandchild, Wyatt DeWitt; parents; brothers and sisters, Michael (Melody) Toolson, Fruit Heights, Utah; Lisa (Paul) Meyer, Centerville; Steven (Kim) Toolson, Bountiful; Jeffery (Susanne) Toolson, Marysville, Wash.; LeAnn (Calvin) Woodbury, Kent Wash.; Lori (Peter) Tesch, West Bountiful; Richard Toolson, Bountiful; many nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be held Thursday, June 27, 1996 at 12 noon at the Wendell First Ward, Wendell, Idaho. Friends may call from 10-11:30 prior to services.
