Our dad, "grampy", brother, best friend, son, Chris James Lobato, passed away June 24, 1996.
Born May 25, 1948 in Dragerton, Utah, to Jose Antonio "Dave" Lobato and Clara Vigil. Married Lila Thornton; later divorced. Married Tina Sanchez; later divorced.Jim loved life to the fullest.
Survived by his children, Troy James (Shalee) Laboto, Chris Todd (Cari) Logato, Jose Antonio Lobato, and Tiffany Jo Lobato; nine grandchildren, Cruz Utah, Kristopher Hailey, Toni, Alizia, Anessa, Fenesha, Jonni Kris, Antonio James; mother, Clara V. Lobato; brothers, David E. Lobato, Dale S. (Teresa) Lobato, Richard (Susan) Lobato, Charles (Patricia) Lobato; sister, Mary Ann Lobato. Special friends, aunt and uncle, Floyd and Arlene Vigil; friend, Terry Peterson (Diane). Preceded in death by his father, sister, Clara Olivia "Tiny".

Funeral services will be held Friday, June 28, 1996 at 11 a.m., Cottonwood Mortuary, 4670 Highland Dr., Salt Lake city. Friends may call Thursday evening from 6-7:30 p.m. with Rosary at 7:30 p.m., and again on Friday one hour prior to services. Interment, Mt. Calvary. Funeral directors, Cottonwood Mortuary.
