Tamara Kay Wilson, our family's special angel on earth became our special angel in heaven. She passed away peacefully at home on Thursday, June 27, 1996.
Born on September 6, 1971, Tami's trials with tuberous sclerosis left her mentally handicapped, blind and with severe respiratory damage.She is survived by her parents, Kelly C. and Kathy Bird Wilson of Highland; her siblings,Teresa and Steve Yorgason, Angella and Alan Donaldson, Emily, Jessica, Heather, Adam, Heidi and Todd Wilson. Her grandparents are Larry and Bette Bird, and Max and Sue Wilson. She was preceded in death by her brother-in-law's sister, Charity Yorgason, just hours before.
Tami graduated from Dan Peterson School and the American Fork Special Ed. Seminary in American Fork in May of 1994. Although Tami endured many difficulties in life, her primary occupation was the cheering and blessing of those around her with happiness. She will be greatly missed and eternally cherished.
Funeral services will be Saturday, 11 a.m. in the Highland 6th Ward, 10390 North Alpine Highway. Friends may call Friday 6-8 p.m. at the Anderson & Son's Mortuary, 49 East 100 North, American Fork and at the church one hour prior to the service. Burial in American Fork Cemetery.
