Ellen Jean Farmer Mitchell, 53, passed away June 26, 1996 following a courageous battle with pulmonary fibrosis.
She was born September 4, 1942, in Salt Lake City to Wallace and Veown Madsen Farmer. Married Steven J. Mitchell on July 29, 1995 in Elko, Nevada. She worked in Customer Service for the McLean America Corp.Jean was loved dearly by her family and was an example of strength to all throughout her illness. Our family wishes to express their thanks to the physicians and staff of the Cottonwood Hospital ICU for their special care.
She is survived by husband; children, Tammara (Ray) Reed; Craig (Doreen) Flanders; Douglas (Lisa) Flanders; Rich (Charyel) Flanders; Heather (Mike) Montoya; parents; 13 grandchildren; brother, Richard (Brandy) Farmer; sister, Linda (Jerry) Good.
Graveside services Monday, July 1, 1996, 12 noon, Redwood Memorial Estates, 6500 So. Redwood Road. Friends may call Monday, 10-11:30 a.m. at the Jenkins-Soffe Mortuary, 4760 South State Street.
