Jon Waddoups has become a shareholder in the law firm of Van Cott, Bagley, Cornwall & McCarthy. He practices in the firm's litigation section and its labor and employment law practice group. Michael Bailey has been appointed as an account director for Dahlin Smith White Advertising where he will work with new business. As part of First Security Corp.'s redesign, R.
