Cub Scouts from District 13, Great Salt Lake Council of the Boy Scouts of America, roll a large American flag down parade route Saturday at Westfest, the annual West Valley celebration that began Thursday and concluded with a fireworks display late Saturday. The parade featured 72 entries, including 18 full-size floats, 17 dance groups and five bands. Westfest was billed as a tribute to the area's diversity.
