Gregory James Peto, died June 28, 1996, while vacationing with his family in San Diego, Calif.
Greg was born October 30, 1960 in Escondido, California. He is survived by his wife, Geniel; mother, Anne Peto, of Salt Lake City; and brother Christopher, of Neider-Olm, Germany.He was a dedicated and loving father of, Bronson (age 4), Abrianna (age 3), and a committed caring father to "The Browness Brood", Gregory (age 13), Anthony (age 11) and Carly (age 10).
He loved computers, sports, karaoke, reading science fiction, Star Trek, dancing and scuba diving, which he shared with his wife.
He was gifted and talented software engineer, thriving on the challenges this profession offered him.
Greg was gentle, compassionate and understanding with whom he came in contact. Greg had a zest for life, which he vigorously pursued to the fullest, Thereby, exposing his family to a vast array of experiences that will forever impact their lives and memories of him. He will be remembered by many for these qualities.
Because of Greg's dedicated belief in the Organ Donor Program, many people have received the gift of life or sight from which his family receives great comfort.
This was Greg and he should not only be remembered for the life he lived, but also the lives he touched and his vitality will continue through the children he brought into this world . . ."The Circle of Life" continues .. ."Hakuna Matata".
Funeral services will be held Wednesday, July 3, 1996, 11 a.m. at the Cannon Mortuary, 2460 E. Bengal Blvd. (7600 South), where friends and family may call Tuesday, July 2 from 6:30-8:30 p.m. and one hour prior to services.
