Shola Jean Shurtz passed away June 17, 1996, at 37 years of age.
Born January 6, 1959, to Lavar and Jeanette Shurtz in Salt Lake City, Utah. Graduated high school in Ventura, Calif. The happiest times in Shola's life were those spent with her children.She is survived by her daughter, Felicia Ann, 9, and son, James Rich, 7; one brother, Sheldon, and half-brother, Kenneth; several nieces and nephews. Many friends and family members. She will be missed by all.
