Rawlin L. Behunin, 75, died June 1, 1996 in West Valley City.

Born October 1, 1920 in Mayfield, Utah, son of Leon and Elverta Anderson Behunin. Married Della Christensen; later divorced. Married Helen Bennett; later divorced. Married Dorothy Cerny December 10, 1977. He was a line driver for 42 years. Owned Behunin Trucking and the Oasis Club in Magna for many yearrs. Served in the U.S. Army during World War II. Member of FOE Aerie 164. Had a great love for horses and enjoyed going to Wendover and horse racing. He was a loving husband and lived for his family, especially his grandchildren.Survived by children: three sons, Lloyd (Kay), Raymond (Shawna) and Lyle (Page) Behunin; three daughters, Jerry (Steve) Adkins, Susan Jacobs and Tammy Behunin; stepchildren, Ed (Sandy) Huggard, Charlie (Cindy) Huggard, Rosalind (Steve) Trease, Connie Eye; 13 grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren; nine step- grandchildren; six step-great-grandsons; sisters, LaVona (Floyd) Weight and LaVerda (Jim) Heath; brothers, Ted (Jean) Behunin, and Leo Behunin; special aunt, Irene Dirkson. Preceded in death by parents; two sons, Rick and Steve; one sister.

Funeral services will be held Wednesday, 10 a.m. at McDougal Funeral Home, 4330 South Redwood Road, where friends may call Tuesday, 6-8 p.m. and Wednesday, 9-9:40 a.m. Interment, Redwood Memorial Estates.
