SHARE JOHANSEN CONSTRUCTION TO BUILD SEWAGE FACILITY

George W. Johansen Construction has been selected as the general contractor for Panguitch City's new 5.3 million dollar sewage facility.

G.W. Johansen Construction, member of the Intermountain Utility Contractors Association, broke ground this week on the new wastewater collection and treatment facility. The sewage plant will replace the currently utilized private septic systems. The project includes the-installation of gravity flow wastewater collection pipes throughout the public streets, a pump station and interceptor, and a 67.5 acre fenced lagoon site.The $5.3 million is expected to be completed in summer 1997.
