Rick Mayfield, Utah Division of Business and Economic Development director, has been appointed deputy director of the Utah Department of Community and Economic Development.
Joe Jenkins, department executive director, said Mayfield will continue with his duties as division director but will take on the added responsibilities as deputy department director.
