Preston Regehr has become a shareholder in the law firm of Van Cott, Bagley, Cornwall & McCarthy. He specializes in NAFTA, international business and intellectual property matters and is licensed to practice law in Ontario, Canada. Jon Bartlett has been named as an underwriter at First American Title Co. of Utah. He has been in the industry for 15 years. David Whitehead has been promoted from accounting manager to controller of Mountain States Mortgage Center. In his new position, he will be responsible for all audit functions and supervising corporate finances.
