The family is under attack by sophisticated forces most of us don't know much about. But we do feel the effect on our families. We feel ourselves being torn asunder. Sometimes we seem to be drowning under a sea of filth. Sometimes we fear for our children's very lives.
Thousands of families in Utah have turned to home schooling as an effective way to survive this war. Home school provides an opportunity for our children to have a personalized academic education and a spiritual religious education. It strengthens family ties, helps children grow up with better social attitudes and skills - and it's a lot of fun.Home schooling is not a reflection on the many dedicated Utah teachers- they are just as concerned about their children as we are. Many of them home school, too.
