"Schools and Religion: Crisis or Opportunity" will be offered June 17-21, 9 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., at the University of Utah.
The 3-credit-hour class is designed for teachers, administrators, curriculum supervisors, school board members and interested parents and citizens. The course will discuss the issues of religion in a society of growing cultural diversity with a focus on the schools and classrooms with particular concerns for the First Amendment as applied to schools.Cost is $65.
