Clark, Carolyn M. Smith, Brent Ralph Mitchell; seven grandchildren; one great-grandchildren; sister, Vada Biesinger. Preceded in death by her parents; two brothers and three sisters.
No public services will be held. Cremation by Lake Hills Memorial Mortuary, Sandy, Utah.
