Scott Bringhurst, sales and customer operations director for US WEST Direct, Tuesday was installed as chairman of the Better Business Bureau of Utah during the group's annual meeting in Little America.

Other officers are Dale Bradley, president of Dave's Body Shops, vice chairman; Scott Sasso, operations vice president for The Associates, treasurer; Ed McCaffrey, director of advertising for the Newspaper Agency Corp., secretary; Mike Richman, an attorney with the law firm of Van Cott Bagley Cornwall & McCarthy, legal counsel; and Bill Beadle, will continue as president.Elected to three-year terms on the board of directors were Tom Colvin, president of Colvin Engineering Inc.; John Broadous, regional sales manager for Equifax; Brent Baker, advertising director for ZCMI; and John Whitaker, president of Automated Research Systems Inc.

Re-elected to three-year terms were Bringhurst; Gary Hansen, Call Center director for Mountain Fuel Supply Co.; Mike Falck, vice president of the rural region for Intermountain Hospital Corp; Ryan Anderson, zone manager for AT Gary Anderson, communications director for US WEST Communications; and Jean Duke, assistant vice president of Blue Cross Blue Shield.
