- Georgia: Atlanta, Augusta.
- Hawaii: Oahu.
- Illinois: Arlington Heights.
- Maryland: Baltimore County.
- Massachusetts: Needham, Newton, Watertown, Wellesley.
- Michigan: Canton Township, Fraser, Northville, Plymouth Township, City of Plymouth.
- New Jersey: Parts of Bergen, Hudson and Mounmouth Counties served by Cablevision Systems, Berkeley Township, Dover Township; parts of Essex and Union Counties served by Comcast Corp.; Lacey Township.
- New York: Amherst, Binghamton, Cheektowaga, Corning, Elmira; parts of Nassau and Suffolk Counties served by Cablevision Systems; North Wonawanda and Town of Tonawanda, West Seneca, Yonkers.
- Ohio: Akron, Canton, Cleveland, Columbus, Upper Arlington, Worthington.
- Oregon: Sunriver.
- Pennsylvania: Berwick, Coudersport, Salisbury Township, Weatherly, York.
- Rhode Island: Warwick.
- South Carolina: North Augusta.
