- California: Chula Vista, Claremont, Culver City, Fremont, Mission Viejo; Poway (Cox Communications and Time Warner); San Diego, Stockton, Sunnyvale.

- Connecticut: Parts of Fairfield County served by Cablevision Systems, Hartford.

- Florida: Jacksonville, Sarasota.

- Georgia: Atlanta, Augusta.

- Hawaii: Oahu.

- Illinois: Arlington Heights.

- Maryland: Baltimore County.

- Massachusetts: Needham, Newton, Watertown, Wellesley.

- Michigan: Canton Township, Fraser, Northville, Plymouth Township, City of Plymouth.

- New Jersey: Parts of Bergen, Hudson and Mounmouth Counties served by Cablevision Systems, Berkeley Township, Dover Township; parts of Essex and Union Counties served by Comcast Corp.; Lacey Township.

- New York: Amherst, Binghamton, Cheektowaga, Corning, Elmira; parts of Nassau and Suffolk Counties served by Cablevision Systems; North Wonawanda and Town of Tonawanda, West Seneca, Yonkers.

- Ohio: Akron, Canton, Cleveland, Columbus, Upper Arlington, Worthington.

- Oregon: Sunriver.

- Pennsylvania: Berwick, Coudersport, Salisbury Township, Weatherly, York.
