The Utah Lake State Park and Loy Fisheries will provide a living historical picture of fishing at Utah Lake from 1896 and earlier. The all-day event will be from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., Saturday, July 13.

The park staff will be giving a presentation to explain the history of fishing in the lake, as well as information on the fish themselves. The staff of Loy Fisheries (the lake's commercial fishing company) will be demonstrating the process of catching fish commercially.The public is welcome to visit throughout the day.
