Fred Rogers, the star of PBS' "Mister Rogers' Neighborhood," choked up Wednesday as he talked about the sadness he feels for his late father."There's a grief center inside all of us," Rogers said at a news conference to announce that he would be the honorable chairman of the Pittsburgh Center for Grieving Children.
