- Approved new graduation requirements. The old policy dated to 1988. The new plan adds an emphasis on occupational preparation.

- Approved a request by the Payson High School yearbook staff to attend a yearbook conference in Logan.

- Agreed not to take a position on a proposed change in the Utah Constitution that allows higher education to share in income tax revenues. Currently some of the money goes to the State School Fund and the interest is allocated only to public schools, not higher education.

- Tentatively agreed to allow the City of Springville to use district land for baseball diamonds on the north side of Springville until the district needs it. The land is not currently being used. A more formal request from the city is expected.
