Novell has created an expanded Internet Web site to provide customers and partners with service and support.
The Novell Support connection Web site includes downloadable files, patches, drivers and technical information documents. Information at the site is updated daily to ensure contents are current.The site allows natural language searching so users can submit a search as if they were asking for information from a support engineer. Searches can be conducted based on product type and version or by selecting multiple products and versions to find more specific information.
Novell service partners and premium service customers can submit and track problems electronically through the site.
There also is a service partner data base to help Novell users find qualified technical support in their locales.
