Bonneville International Corp., parent company of KSL radio and television and other subsidiaries, has named two company executives to newly created senior vice president positions and expanded the responsibilities of a third.
Robert A. Johnson has been named senior vice president-law and administration for Bonneville. He was formerly vice president-secretary and general counsel.Glenn Larkin has been appointed senior vice president-chief financial officer. He was formerly vice president-controller.
Allan Henderson, president of KSL Television Group, will add management of Bonneville Communications and Bonneville Satellite Co., to his responsibilities.
"These organizational changes will be instrumental to our company's future growth," said Bruce T. Reese, president and chief executive officer of Bonneville In-terna-tional.
Reese said the changes were implemented to help Bonneville improve service to its internal divisions, national properties and the communities it serves.
Henderson will also become co-chairman of Bonneville's New Ventures Project, which will investigate new business opportunities. He also oversees operations of KSL Television, Video West Productions and Bonneville Worldwide Entertainment.
