The Sandy Museum will celebrate its ninth birthday with a fund-raising dinner and auction.
The nonprofit museum, 8744 S. 150 East, was established Oct. 10, 1987. It is open to the public on Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday afternoons. Special arrangements can be made for groups.
Those who plan to attend the fund raiser are asked to call Bertha Rand at 255-3348 or Donna Welle at 572-3492.
When: Friday, Oct. 11, dinner at 7 p.m., auction at 8 p.m.
Where: Crosslands Retirement Community, 10970 S. 700 East.
