BYU has a new TV voice for its Cougars. KSL-TV announced Friday that Randy Rosenbloom will take over the broadcasting duties for BYU sports. He'll replace Ch. 5 sportscaster Craig Bolerjack, who will be taking on more duties with ESPN.

Rosenbloom, originally from Los Angeles, has over 20 years of broadcast experience including a play-by-play stint for Fresno State football and basketball. Most recently, he covered Olympic beach volleyball games and trials for NBC in Atlanta."We are really excited to find someone of Randy's caliber. There were a lot of very qualified applicants, but we feel Randy is the one who can continue great play-by-play duties for Cougar fans and KSL," said David Manookin, vice president of KSL programming.

Rosenbloom will begin his new position on Sept. 21 when 16th-ranked BYU plays New Mexico in Provo.
