Charges were brought Tuesday against a 47-year-old man accused in the sexual assaults of three girls, according to 3rd District Court documents.
Two girls, ages 13 and 14, say the man performed sex acts on them in 1995 inside his home, near 1200 West and Indiana Avenue (830 South), the documents say.A 16-year-old girl said the man had sexual intercourse with her at his home during May or June 1996, the documents say.
The man is charged with attempted rape of a child and rape of a child, both first-degree felonies, and unlawful sexual intercourse, a third-degree felony.
