What the advocates of light rail, the Deseret News editorial board and the UTA board fail to realize is that it does not matter how wonderful or beneficial light rail might be, it is opposed by a huge majority of the people.
Unless our state has become a dictatorship without my knowing (an admitted possibility, judging by the edicts of the UTA board and County Commission), it is unthinkable that any governing body would impose its will contrary to the known wishes of residents, even "for their own good."Sharee R. Pack
