Fortune Magazine has ranked KeyCorp, which includes KeyBank of Utah, tops in customer satisfaction among banks named in a survey prepared for the magazine's Feb. 3 issue.
The survey was based on a random sample of 50,000 Americans interviewed by phone about a variety of businesses and their services. The survey was a joint effort by the University of Michigan business school and the American Society for Quality Control.Customers ranked companies on such things as how they perceived a company's service, quality, value, how well the product or firm lived up to expectations, and how well it compared to an ideal.
KeyBank has 37 locations in Utah and 42 ATMS. With assets of more than $1.35 billion, it is the state's third largest banking firm.
