SHARE DEATH: HENRIETTA ""RETA"" SMYTH TAYLOR LAMBERT

Henrietta "Reta" Smyth Taylor Lambert passed away January 7, 1977 of causes incident to age.

Reta was born in Salt Lake City, Utah on September 7, 1903 to Fred and Ada Catherine Smyth Taylor. She married Charles Ivan Lambert March 19, 1925 in the Salt Lake LDS Temple. Charles passed away June 21, 1967.Reta served in many organizations of the LDS Church, as a teacher and officer. She was president of the 31st Ward Relief Society, Park Stake, for several years. She was a top-notch stenographer and secretary and worked for various companies off and on until the age of 70.

Survivors include two sons, Fred Ivan (Kathryn) Lambert of West Valley City; and David Taylor (Carroll) Lambert of Boise, ID; 10 grandchildren; 24 great-grandchildren. Preceded in death by parents; three brothers, Richard, Wilbur and James; and two sisters, May Bushman, and Edith.

Funeral services will be held at the Russon Brothers Mortuary, 255 South 200 East, Salt Lake City, January 10, 1997, at 1 p.m., where friends may call Thursday 7 to 9 p.m. and again Friday 11:30 to 12:45 a.m. Burial will follow in the Elysian Burial Gardens, 1075 East 4580 South, Salt Lake City, Utah.
