Founding principal to retire after 22 years with firm

Richard D. Lowe, a founding principal in the architectural firm of Case, Lowe & Hart, has retired after 22 years with the firm.

Some of his projects include The Masonic Temple, Williams International, Smith's Food and Drugs dairy plants, Bourns, Parker Hannifan, Western Zirconium, Great Salt Lake Minerals and Thiokol. His design of Jack B. Parson's corporate headquarters won an American Concrete Institute's award for excellence in concrete design.
