David K. Nunley, a security alarm technician, died Sunday at his home in Martinez, California. He was 24.
Born to Samuel K. and Marilyn Johnson Nunley. A native of Salt Lake City, Utah, lived in Benicia before moving to Martinez three years ago. He belonged to The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, Martinez First Ward. He graduated from Benicia High School in 1991 and was currently attending Heald Institute of Technology in Martinez. His degree will be awarded posthumously. He enjoyed computers, the Denver Broncos and the outdoors.He was preceded in death by his father. He is survived by his wife of one year, Marlene F. Nunley of Martinez; mother, Marilyn Marko of Benicia; sisters, Michele Nunley of Fresno and Cora Nunley of Benicia; and grandparents, Lyle and Helen Johnson of Bountiful, Utah.
Funeral services will be held Saturday, October 18, 1997, 12 noon, at Cottonwood 1st Ward, 5913 South Highland Drive, Salt Lake City, where friends may call one hour prior to services. Interment, Larkin Sunset Gardens, 10600 South 1700 East, Sandy, Utah. Prior services were held in Martinez, CA, Wednesday, October 15th.
