WOMEN'S TENNIS: BYU players won two titles and had 10 top five finishes at the BYU Tennis Invitational Friday in Provo.

In Flight A singles, it was junior Eline Chiew beating teammate Holly Parkinson 7-5, 6-2 for the title.

Chiew then teamed with Adrien Jenkins to win the Flight A doubles title, 8-3 over teammates Parkinson and Kim Kelly.

Other individual champions at the Invitational were Erica Perkins of Washington State in Flight B singles, Moniek va de Ven of Washington State in Flight C singles, Nichole Woywood of Weber State in Flight D singles, and va de Ven and Melissa Pine of Washington State in Flight B doubles.

BYU's Shari Smith faced Woywood in that Flight D singles final. The match went three sets before Woywood won, 6-1, 4-6, 7-6 (11-9).
