Death: Eva Lance Sprunt

Eva Lance Sprunt, passed away October 1, 1997 in Murray, Utah.

Born September 3, 1904, to Seth and Mary Ada Beckstead Lance, in Whitney, Idaho. Married Thomas Peacock Sprunt, February 13, 1924 in the Logan LDS Temple. Worked for Glades Candy Company for 28 years. Member of the LDS Church, serving as Sunday School teacher, teaching Primary. She was a wonderful wife and homemaker. She worked at Woolworths, also The Knitting Shop in Preston, Idaho, and later for Remington Arms Plant, during World War II. She gave a great deal of love and respect to everyone she met.Survived by her husband, Thomas P. Sprunt; son, Elmo T. (Claudia) Sprunt; one grandson, Thomas Sprunt; one granddaughter, Leisia Sprunt; and many nieces and nephews. Preceded in death by seven brothers, three sisters, and daughter, Nudean, who died at birth.

Funeral services will be held Saturday, Oct 4, 1997 at 12:30 p.m. at Deseret Memorial Mortuary, 36 East 700 South. Relatives and friends may call Friday, 7-9 p.m. at Deseret Memorial, one hour prior to services on Saturday. Interment Salt Lake City Cemetery.
