Death: Blanche Louise Wells

Blanche Louise Wells, age 87, passed away October 17, 1997.

Blanche was born to Frank and Lavicka Fuller in Winter Quarters, Utah, on March 20, 1910. She graduated from Wasatch Academy, studied nursing, and married Adelbert Wells on January 17, 1934, in the Salt Lake City LDS Temple. Blanche and Adelbert remained faithful members to their church.She had a kind spirit and was loved by everyone who knew her. Her family was her life's work and passion. She was a good homemaker and raised and nurtured her children to be warm and caring people like herself. As was her passion, she went on with what she did best by helping her family raise their children as well.

Survived by her daughters, Mary Carol Christensen, Zandra L. Monahan, and Susan K. Whitlock Anderson; sisters, Maude Fuller and Lucille Pitts; nine grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren. Preceded in death by her husband, Adelbert; one daughter, Etta Vickie Wells; and one sister, Rose Fuller.

Funeral services will be held Tuesday, October 21, at 10 a.m. at the Mayfield LDS Chapel, with viewing one hour prior to services. Interment will be by her husband's side at the Joseph, Utah Cemetery.
