Caption Only: Park fees fund canyon's face lift

The Uinta National Forest began reconstructing the parking lot and restroom at popular Tibble Fork Reservoir in American Fork Canyon this week. Canyon visitors are paying for the renovation project. The canyon's new entry fee program - $3 per car - generated about $120,000 last summer. "We wanted to start this fall so we could let people know we are putting the money back into the canyon," said Loyal Clark, spokeswoman for the Forest Service.
